The MLC Alumni Relations office is offering alumni, students, and staff an opportunity to join us for an evening of fun and fellowship at Target Field on Monday, August 7 as the Minnesota Twins take on the Milwaukee Brewers. Gates open at 5:40 and first pitch is at 7:10. Our seats are located in the first 2 rows of the lower level Center Field Pavilion. They are nice, chairback seats with easy access to concessions and restrooms (just 4 rows in the section). See the image to the right for an approximate view.
No official pre-game activities are planned but we will all be seated together in Pavilion Section 132. Tickets will be mailed to your address about 1-2 weeks before the game or you may make arrangements to pick them up at the alumni office. We intend to distribute a complimentary MLC promotional item inside the stadium at the seats. Since seats are limited, we are offering them to alumni, students, staff and their immediate families only. If you need more than six, please contact the alumni office directly. Those attending the 2017 alumni tour are also welcome to purchase.
Purchase your tickets on this website with credit card or contact Steve Balza in the alumni office (507-217-1731 or alumni@mlc-wels.edu) to reserve your space, then send a check payable to MLCAA along with the names of attendees and address to send the tickets. Deadline to order is July 5.
Another opportunity for fun at the old ballpark is available three days later on Thursday, August 10 as the Twins head to Milwaukee to take on the Brew Crew at Miller Park. The game is officially designated as WELS Night and our very own Vice President Steve Thiesfeldt will be throwing out one of the first pitches. Tickets for that event can be obtained directly from the Brewers website at a cost of $9, $17, or $21 plus ticket fee depending on where you wish to sit.
